• The Mission

As our first QA hire, we are looking for the final gatekeeper of our fintech ecosystem. Its not only about finding bugs; its about building the automated machinery that prevents them. This role is a hybrid of Automation Engineering, Backend Development, and Release Management. This role will own the "Green Light" for every production deployment, ensuring our users' financial data remains secure and our uptime remains absolute.

• Key Responsibilities

Architect the Test Suite: Build a 100% automated testing framework from the ground up (End-to-End, Integration, and API).
Unit Testing: Assist developers and work directly within the codebase to write and maintain robust unit tests alongside the backend team.
Production Deployment & Monitoring: Own the CI/CD pipeline. Responsible for deploying functionality to production and conducting "smoke tests" to ensure post-deployment stability.
AI-First Workflow: Use AI tools (Cursor and/or Claude and/or other) to accelerate test writing, generate edge-case scenarios, and debug complex system failures.
Risk Mitigation: Define the "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done" for all financial features.

• The Profile

AI Native: An expert at prompting and using AI coding assistants to 10x output. Be able to explain how you use Claude or Cursor or other to optimize daily workflow.
The Architect Mindset: Don't believe in manual testing. If it can be done twice, it must be automated!
Technical Stack: Proficient in TypeScript/Playwright and Python/PyTest.
DevOps Literacy: Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins) and cloud environments (Scaleway/AWS/Hetzner).
Fintech Precision: Understanding that in finance, a "small bug" can mean a million-dollar reconciliation error. Detail-oriented to the point of obsession. переведи на русский
