Lead IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Lead IT Recruiter to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone with solid recruitment experience in outsourcing/outstaffing environments who is ready to take the next step in their career, gain more ownership, and grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the recruitment process across multiple vacancies, ensuring high-quality delivery and timely results;
• Support the team in conducting interviews and help drive candidates through the hiring pipeline;
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and internal workflows;
• Lead and support a team of recruiters/sourcers (up to 5 people), helping them stay aligned with priorities and goals;
• Work closely with sales and clients to understand hiring needs and priorities;
• Ensure high-quality candidate pipelines aligned with business expectations;
• Establish and optimize internal recruitment workflows and best practices;
• Monitor team performance and contribute to improving recruitment metrics and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
• Experience working in outsourcing/outstaffing companies;
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies;
• Proven experience managing multiple вакансий in a fast-paced environment;
• English level B2 or higher (both written and spoken);
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and ability to work independently;
• Motivation to grow into a Lead/Team Lead role.
