Efes Uzbekistan is a member of Efes Beer Group, a multinational beverage company specializing in the production and sale of beer and non‑alcoholic beverages across Turkey, Eastern Europe, Asis and the CIS. We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vacancy for Finance Manager in Uzbekistan.

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in establishing and leading the financial governance framework, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, IFRS standards, and internal control procedures. This position contributes directly to financial transparency, long‑term business sustainability, accurate reporting, and robust decision‑making across the organization.

The role is responsible for setting up and maintaining a well‑structured finance function, driving financial planning and analysis, ensuring disciplined payment and collection processes, supporting commercial teams with profitability insights, and acting as the primary liaison with Group Finance and internal/external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a fully compliant financial structure aligned with regulatory requirements, IFRS, and internal policies.
  • Ensure timely completion of all financial, legal, and tax procedures in accordance with corporate governance standards.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor regulatory, economic, and political developments that may impact financial exposure or operational continuity.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with Group reporting standards.
  • Ensure timely submission of reporting packages and maintain data consistency for consolidation purposes.
  • Maintain close communication with Group Finance teams to ensure alignment on reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate budgeting, rolling estimates, and long‑term planning processes.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with corporate expectations.
  • Track financial KPIs, analyze variances, and provide corrective action recommendations.
  • Support pricing decisions, COGS analysis, SKU profitability monitoring, and value‑chain modeling.
  • Provide financial insights for business cases, market strategies, and commercial initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, marketing, and planning teams to drive data‑based decisions.
  • Establish and maintain disciplined payment, collection, and liquidity management processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, supplier payments, receivables, and bank transactions.
  • Prepare regular cash‑flow forecasts and ensure financial obligations are executed timely.
  • Conduct reviews, inspections, and internal assessments to verify accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
  • Develop and oversee corrective action plans based on internal control findings or audit results.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and execution of requirements.
  • Act as the primary finance point of contact for internal teams and HQ functions.
  • Coordinate with legal, tax, procurement, commercial, internal audit, and other departments.
  • Manage cooperation with external partners, including accounting firms, consultants, banks, and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting, internal control, or related functions.
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or multinational environments is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards, internal control frameworks, and compliance processes
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of financial impacts of business decisions, including pricing, cost structures, and profitability.
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • High integrity, accountability, and commitment to ethical behavior.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in fast‑changing environments.
  • Adaptability to cultural differences and complex stakeholder interactions.
