Haileybury Astana is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

Start date: May 2026

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Main Responsibilities:

Creative Design Tasks:

• Develop and maintain the school’s corporate identity and logo
• Design a variety of marketing and printed materials: brochures, leaflets, business cards, calendars, etc.
• Create designs for souvenir items and packaging (e.g. labels, bags, covers)
• Produce banners, multimedia graphics, and web content
• Layout and illustrate books, magazines, and other informational print media

Marketing Collaboration:

• Support the Marketing & PR team in executing creative strategies aligned with the school’s vision
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously (5+ at a time)
• Create infographics, visuals for digital platforms, and branded materials
• Collaborate with copywriters and web developers to produce cohesive visuals

Requirements:

• Higher professional education in graphic design or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW

• Strong skills in visual composition, time management, and meeting deadlines

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

• Solid understanding of branding, marketing, advertising, website, and multimedia design

• Familiarity with corporate style guides and professional design standards
