We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable History of Kazakhstan Teacher to inspire and engage pupils across the school. The ideal candidate will have strong English proficiency, a solid background in Kazakh history, and the ability to foster critical thinking, curiosity, and analytical skills in a stimulating learning environment.

Start date: August 2026

Work schedule: Monday to Thursday 8AM - 5 PM, Fridays 8AM - 4PM

Responsibilities:

• Teach History of Kazakhstant across the Senior School

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the History of Kazakhstan curriculum and its alignment with international standards (e.g. UK National Curriculum, CIE, PEARSON, IBO where applicable).
• Plan lessons in accordance with curriculum programmes of study, addressing the individual learning needs of each student.

• Contribute to assessing students’ progress and support them in reviewing their own learning.

Experience and Skills

• A degree in Education with a specialisation in History of Kazakhstan is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience.
• English proficiency at a minimum of Upper-Intermediate level (B2) is required.
