About the Role - The mission of this role is to drive measurable business growth, increase brand visibility, and strengthen both businesses through effective marketing strategy and execution.

Face Cult (facecult.co.za) – a premium facial massage studio in Cape Town with consistent 5-star reviews and 100% YoY growth. Your key goal will be to make facial massage a must-have part of every Capetonian’s beauty routine as we continue to scale.
Main KPIs:
Studio Occupancy Rate (60%+ low season, 80–100% high season)
Average client spend
Client Retention & Repeat Rate
Client Acquisition Efficiency (CAC, ROAS)
Brand Visibility & Social Proof (social media audience and engagement, UGC)
Growth in New Local Clients
Janssen Cosmetics (janssen-cosmetics.com) – launching the official distribution of this high-end cosmeceutical brand across the Southern African region (South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini). Your key goal will be to build Janssen Cosmetics into a strong, recognisable skincare brand across South Africa, grow retail online sales, and support future expansion into B2B distribution.
The primary focus for Janssen is to establish brand presence in the market and launch online retail cosmetic sales to achieve profitability in under 3 months.
Main KPIs:
Fully functional digital sales funnel established (CJ defined and key conversion points implemented)
Analytics and conversion tracking fully implemented
Quick wins identified and implemented (CVR improvement and UX improvements implemented)
Growth in online retail sales through the website
Growth in brand awareness and trust (Reach growth, Engagement rate growth, Social-driven traffic growth, SEO performance growth)
Paid acquisition channels launched and optimised (Google Ads launched, Google Shopping launched, Paid Social campaigns launched, ROAS improvement)
