Civil Works Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise construction works on site in accordance with project documentation
• Coordinate and monitor contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with construction codes, standards, and HSE requirements
• Review and analyze design, technical, and working documentation
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion of works
• Control the quality of construction works and materials used
• Participate in resolving technical issues and implementing design changes
• Maintain as-built documentation and prepare project reports
• Liaise with client representatives, supervision teams, and other stakeholders
• Participate in inspection, acceptance, and handover of completed works

Requirements:

• Higher education in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of construction codes and standards
• Experience in organizing and supervising construction works on site
• Ability to read and analyze design and technical documentation
• Proficiency in engineering software
• Experience in working with contractors and subcontractors
• Knowledge of construction technologies, materials, and methods
• English language — mandatory (for working with documentation and foreign contractors)
