BI Developer

- Interaction with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements;
- Development of data marts and participation in DWH architecture design and improvement;
- Reporting development in Power BI;
- Automation and optimization of business processes;
- Writing SQL scripts of varying complexity and optimizing existing queries;
- It is possible to use Python to automate and organize ETL processes;
- Participation in international projects (Southeast Asia, India, Mexico);
- Preparation of dashboards, metrics and KPIs to support decision-making.

Experience and Knowledge

• Graduate with a mathematics/technical background;
• 2+ years of experience as Analyst or BI Developer;
• Solid knowledge of SQL (high level);
• Intermediate or higher level of English (B1+);
• Ability to work with data-mining and business intelligence tools such as SQL, PostgreSQL;
• Experience with data warehouses and ETL workflows;
• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting;
• Strong skills in Excel;
• Desirable experience in Power BI;
• Desirable experience in Python;
• Desirable understanding of digital lending and fintech business.
