Onboarding specialist

Currently, we are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our Armenian office.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the IT field (preferred)

• Fluent Russian

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High level of computer literacy (ability to quickly learn a complex IT product)

• Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables), HTML, and CSS

• Strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness (willingness to communicate with clients frequently and assist them)

• Ability to work with large volumes of data and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions and consultations on the Altegio platform via phone, Google Meet, or Zoom

• Present and configure Altegio modules during training and consultations

• Format data in Excel / Google Sheets for uploading into Altegio

• Configure modules within Altegio and collect data from clients

• Implement simple script injections using HTML into the client’s system

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SQL

• Experience in building and configuring AI solutions

• Knowledge of Russian (spoken and written)
