About the Company

VillaCarte Group is an international real estate and hospitality company operating for over 8 years in Phuket, Thailand. The company develops and manages premium and comfort+ real estate projects and works with international investors from Europe and CIS markets.

The team currently consists of 50–70 employees. Due to active expansion in the Phuket region, the company is entering a new growth phase and is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to lead and scale the commercial function.

Role Overview

This is a key leadership role with full ownership of revenue growth and commercial performance.

The CCO will be responsible for building a scalable sales system, developing new channels, improving conversion, and leading high-value deals with international investors.

The role includes both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, with direct reporting to the COO (operationally) and founders (strategically).

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute commercial strategy to achieve ~30% business growth
  • Identify and scale new sales channels
  • Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets

Sales Funnel & Performance

  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead flow to deal closure
  • Optimize conversion rates and sales processes
  • Implement KPI systems, reporting, and dashboards
  • Ensure unit economics and commercial efficiency

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the sales team (Head of Sales + managers)
  • Build scalable structure and performance culture
  • Set clear goals and accountability

High-Value Deals

  • Personally participate in closing key transactions (USD 500K–1M+)
  • Lead negotiations with international investors
  • Build relationships with brokers and partners

Systems & Processes

  • Implement and improve CRM and reporting systems
  • Align sales with marketing (currently transitioning in-house)
  • Ensure transparency and forecasting accuracy

Requirements

  • Proven experience as CCO / Commercial Director / Head of Sales
  • Mandatory experience in international real estate
  • Strong background in investment property and high-ticket sales
  • Experience building or scaling commercial/sales functions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, and unit economics
  • Experience closing large international deals
  • Russian — fluent
  • English — C1+ (mandatory)

Candidates without international real estate experience will not be considered

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed salary: from USD 3,000 (individually negotiable)
  • Performance-based bonus (uncapped)

Hiring Process
