Your day-to-day:

• Assist in developing and executing brand marketing strategies to enhance market presence;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Premium Brands team, Consumer Experience, Consumer Activation, Trade Strategy, Sales to ensure brand consistency;
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns – new launches, portfolio support & digital programs;
• Work with agencies for the creation of high quality creative content (consumer engagement, image building materials, TPOSM etc.);
• Monitor and analyze brand performance and campaign effectiveness;
• Support with operational & administrative tasks (PO creation, document workflow);
• Ensure all branding activities comply with regulatory requirements in the tobacco industry.

Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing (preferably in FMCG);
• Strong analytical and research skills to track market trends and performance;
• Creativity and innovation in storytelling and campaign development;
• Proactive, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Familiarity with tobacco regulations and compliance is a plus.
