Dispatcher (Customer Support) – U.S. Service Company (Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will support customers of U.S.-based appliance repair companies operating in Florida, Arizona, and California. You will be the key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians.
Work Schedule
All shifts are based on Tampa, Florida (Eastern Time, USA):
- 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 6-hour shifts
- 100–160 working hours per month
- Schedule is created monthly based on your availability, with final shift times assigned by the company

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via SMS
- Make outbound calls when necessary
- Create, update, and schedule service jobs in the CRM system
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians via internal chat
- Follow company procedures and adapt quickly to updates
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Handle challenging situations with patience and tact
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- English level: B2–C2 with clear pronunciation
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Quiet and dedicated workspace
- Personal computer or laptop
- Headset with microphone
- Stable high-speed internet connection
Nice to Have
- Spanish (B1 or higher) is a strong advantage
