OGC Lawyer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated legal professional to join our Office of the General Counsel (OGC) team. In this role, you will act as a trusted internal advisor, supporting PwC teams across a wide range of legal matters. You will focus primarily on client contracting and general internal legal support, ensuring our recommendations are legally sound, practical, and aligned with PwC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts; support management of contract templates.

• Advise on additional legal areas such as civil, corporate, regulatory, employment, competition law, and compliance.

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and prepare related internal reports.

• Conduct ad‑hoc legal research and contribute to internal knowledge management.

• After onboarding, independently manage selected legal areas or workstreams.

Requirements

• University degree in law (Kazakhstan/Uzbekistan).

• Approximately three years of legal experience (in‑house or law firm preferred).

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Proactive, reliable team player with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
