Python AI Engineer (ProjectBased)

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI / Django).

• Implement professional-level integrations with LLMs (specifically Claude and Codex).

• Optimize AI performance through advanced prompt engineering, context window management, and RVE (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven features that solve real-world business challenges.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.

• AI Proficiency: Proven expertise in working with Claude (Anthropic) and Codex models via API. Understanding of model limitations, latency optimization, and token management.

• Database Management: Strong experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL solutions. Familiarity with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus) is a significant plus.

• DevOps & Infrastructure: Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Integration Skills: Mastery in building and consuming complex RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
