We're looking for a "Senior Tax Account" for Kazakhstan operation

Responsibilities :

• Perform daily accounting tasks of all accounting cycles
• Analyse and report financial results
• Perform month/year-end closing transactions with the team
• Prepare monthly financial statements and other required reports
• Analyse and follow up tax status of the company, identify tax risks and tax saving opportunities
• Manage and coordinate tax audits
• Take an active role in the development and monitoring of innovative accounting and tax planning tools
• Monitor developments in tax legislation
• Prepare tax budgets and forecasts for the company
• Prepare monthly tax returns
• Perform periodic account reconciliations
• Co-operate with Reporting, Budgeting and Finance teams in daily transactions, audits, closing and budget processes
• Perform monthly TB analysis
• Report to Head of Accounting

Qualifications & Experience :

• BCs degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics and similar faculties
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of local tax and accounting regulations
• Work experience in international companies (especially trade companies with involvement in import/export transactions) is an asset
• Extensive knowledge in SAP
• Advanced MS Excel skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills with problem-solving attitude
