Sales manager

Managing the branch with the primary objective of following the English Zone mission of helping others realize their potential through English language. Sustaining the EZ spirit and ensuring the EZ branch achieves its objectives through providing high level service for the students and creating a favorable condition for learning.

Tasks:

• High level communication with the newcomers and explaining the English Zone system to students and their caretakers.
• Identify students’ level of English and assign the most suitable groups of not more than 12 students.
• Professionally and promptly solve the complaints from the students and their caretakers and inform Chain Manager
• Help moderators in solving day-to-day problems
• Fill the salary tables accordingly and be able to explain the salary system to the staff
• Working with the Event manager on developing the events calendar and assist in organizing the events
• Control the movement of incoming and outgoing cash
• Control the material goods and other valuable assets:
• Make procurement of office stationary and cleaning materials as per the schedule from the contracted suppliers

• Bachelor’s degree and above

• Work experience: 1 year in sales

• Fluent in English/Russian/Kyrgyz
