Обязанности:

• Design and produce visual materials for internal communications, marketing campaigns, HR initiatives, and PR projects;
• Create high-quality presentations in Google Slides that align with brand guidelines;
• Develop digital assets such as social media graphics, newsletters, infographics, case studies, and presentation templates;
• Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, and PR teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions on time;
• Ensure brand identity consistency across all internal and external materials;
• Refresh and update existing assets, templates, and visual systems;
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an in-house or agency environment;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required;
• Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides with strong layout and visual storytelling skills;
• Experience with Figma is a plus;
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory;
• Foundational knowledge of branding, corporate identity systems, and visual storytelling;
• Preferred: experience with basic motion graphics, Canva, or other design and presentation tools.
• Ready to consider beginners with a well-developed portfolio.

• Full-time position. A remote work format is available(Minsk);
• Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday. Most of our team members work from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
