This position is for someone with experience in B2B sales preferably, though any sales knowledge and experience will be beneficial. You do not need many years of experience although they are welcome. You will work remotely from anywhere in Belarus with your local colleagues in Belarus and also as part of an international team that values commitment and reliability more than titles.

What Your Day Will Look Like

You will speak with business owners who need support in finding the staff for their companies. There are plenty of companies in Belarus who cannot find workers locally and they need help from a reliable recruitment agency - they need a partner like us, RabotaNet. We help them find reliable workers to join their companies.

Many of them work under pressure and value clear, calm communication and practical solutions. This will be your role, to explain how RabotaNet can help them find the right employees; clearly, honestly, and professionally. Confidence will be built and refined together through solid communication.

We do not push or rush people. We build relationships steadily and for the long term; with our clients, and just as importantly, with you as part of our team.

What You Will Do

  • Talk with potential clients (companies in Belarus who need workers) by phone and online

  • Understand their needs and challenges

  • Offer our recruitment solutions that genuinely help

  • Build long-term professional relationships

  • Work towards monthly goals with your team

  • Keep your work organised and transparent

Who We Are Looking For

  • You communicate clearly and respectfully

  • You are reliable and take responsibility seriously

  • Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

  • Belarusian fluent (key working language)

  • English - good working level

  • Russian - conversational / professional level

  • You are comfortable working on a computer

  • You are looking for stability and long-term work, not a short-term role
