Analyst with Derivatives Structuring team

We are looking for an Analyst (Derivatives Structuring team)

Обязанности

• Pricing and quantitative analysis of derivatives and security financing transactions
• Participation in the unit drive to create new derivatives products and bespoke solutions for our client base
• Preparation of internal and client presentations and discussion materials
• Preparation of transaction term sheets
• Presenting structured solutions to clients
• Coordination of approval processes with relevant departments and support functions
• (including internal committees)
• Coordination of transaction execution

Требования

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking / finance, ideally involving derivatives or
• structured finance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English
• Basic knowledge of bond/equity/derivatives/structured products
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with clients and explain complex products in simple words
• Quick, responsive, grasping ideas, stress-resistant, highly motivated
