U Trust Insurance Agency LLC is a growing insurance business looking for a strong finance professional who can help bring more structure, visibility, and clarity to the way we manage financial and operational performance.
We are looking for a Finance Manager (Management Reporting, Planning & Analysis) who will take ownership of management reporting, planning, and analytical support for the business. This person will help leadership better understand company performance, improve reporting processes, and gradually bring more consistency and automation into how business data is collected, analyzed, and presented.
This is not a traditional accounting-only role. It is a hands-on business finance position for someone who can work with numbers, build business reporting logic, craft the finance modeling, improve processes, and turn raw data into practical management insight.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in an environment where some things already exist, but many things still need to be organized, improved, and built properly.
You may be a strong fit if you:
have experience in management reporting, FP&A, finance operations, business controlling, or financial analysis;
understand how P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet logic work;
can translate accounting-based and operational data into meaningful management reporting; be proactive in optimization of the accounting-based workflows
are confident working with spreadsheets and structured financial analysis;
can build reports manually when needed, but also think about how to standardize, automate and improve them;
enjoy bringing order, logic, and clarity into processes that are still evolving;
can explain financial information in a practical and business-friendly way.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
6+ years of relevant experience in:
strong understanding of:
solid understanding of accounting fundamentals;
strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; knowledge of QuickBooks will be a plus
ability to work with data from multiple sources and organize it into usable reports;
strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
high attention to detail;
advanced English with the ability to participate in meetings, prepare reports, and communicate clearly in a professional business environment;
availability to work EST or PST business hours.
experience in a service-based company;
experience in insurance, brokerage, financial services, or another operationally complex environment;
experience building reporting processes from scratch;
experience improving or automating reporting workflows;
familiarity with payroll-related logic, commissions, contractor payments, and cost allocation;
experience creating dashboards or executive-level reporting.
