We’re looking for a full-cycle Sales Manager to drive our growth across the NORAM market.You’ll be selling a B2B SaaS platform that helps retail operators streamline operations, improve inventory control, and increase revenue through data-driven decision-making.
This is a fast-paced, full-cycle role where you actively generate opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate pipeline through cold outreach
- Qualify inbound leads
- Maintain clean and structured pipeline in CRM
- Consistently hit activity and revenue targets
What We Expect (Must-Have):
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation (cold outreach)
- Experience selling to US/Canada markets
- Fluent English (C1+) — strong verbal communication
- Ability to work 19:00 – 04:00 Tbilisi time
- Strong discipline and accountability (you do what you commit to)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience selling SaaS or IT services
- Experience working in small teams / startups
- Experience managing full sales cycle independently
