Technical Security Systems Manager

Responsibilities

- To assess the level of technical security of the Company's facilities;

- Carry out regular technical inspections (including at night);

- Perform a risk assessment without danger at all facilities;

- Ensure the correct operation, integration and development of ACS, video surveillance, control center and security systems.

Control of contractors and operation:

- Monitor the activities of contract guards and technical contractors;

- Ensure compliance with the requirements of TB and SB during installation and maintenance of equipment;

Incidents and reporting:

- Participate in the investigation of incidents and violations of the security regime;

- Ensure the collection and preservation of the evidence base (videos, logs, reports);

- Prepare regular reports on the security status of facilities.

Anti-terrorist protection and training:

Develop, update and maintain anti-terrorist passports of facilities;

- Organize and conduct training for personnel and contractors on anti-terrorist security issues;

- Organize emergency response training (fires, terrorist attacks, mass riots).

Audits, documentation and development:

- Participate in external and internal audits of safety systems;

Qualifications

- Higher professional education (engineering, information security, automation, telecommunications, IT or related fields);

- Work experience in the field of physical and technical safety for at least 5 years;

- At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership position;

- Practical experience in the operation and implementation of ACS, video surveillance systems, security and fire alarm systems, control control systems, security system integrations, implementation and implementation of security projects.

- Experience in cooperation with contractors, supervisors.

-Legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating: security activities, information protection, psychology, fundamentals of accounting, management and marketing;

Criminal, Administrative, Civil, and Labor Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Terms:

• Rotational method of work, schedule 15/13, working hours from 08.00 to 20.00;
