AI Motion Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop motion content for ads (videos, animations, visual effects) using AI tools — work from briefs provided by the Creative Producer to final renders (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Develop motion content for ads (videos, animations, visual effects) using AI tools — from concept to final render (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.)
• Integrate AI (MidJourney, RunwayML, Flow, ElevenLabs, etc.) into the creative process: generation, automation, and optimization
• Research and test new AI tools, adapting them to the team’s needs
• Create reusable motion templates and assets for ad campaigns
• Work with storyboards to ensure high-quality visualization with a focus on timing and storytelling

What we look for:

• 3+ years of experience in motion design, including ad creatives
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Cinema 4D or Blender) is a plus
• Practical experience with AI tools such as Sora, Veo 3, Kling AI, RunwayML, Suno, ElevenLabs, etc.
• Experience in prompt engineering and AI content optimization
• Strong understanding of motion design principles — timing, storytelling, visual rhythm
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  
  Will be a plus:

• Experience in marketing, advertising, or production studios
• Ability to work with various digital formats
• Familiarity with generative workflows and templates for performance creatives
