We are looking for an SDR who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent communication skills and natural curiosity.

This role is about quality, not volume.

Your goal is to create meaningful conversations — not activity for the sake of metrics.

A Germany-based software and IT consultancy working with enterprise clients in complex and regulated industries.

We specialize in custom software development, cloud architecture, data platforms, and DevOps transformation. Our clients operate in sectors such as energy, industrial systems, healthcare, and enterprise IT.

We focus on long-term partnerships, technical depth, and high-quality execution — not transactional sales.

What You Will Do

  • Research and analyze companies in complex B2B environments

  • Assess whether a company fits our Ideal Customer Profile

  • Conduct thoughtful, well-prepared outreach

  • Qualify opportunities through intelligent conversation

  • Maintain structured documentation and disciplined follow-up

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality handover

Core Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level)

Clear, sharp, and natural communication is essential.

Sharp sense of humor

We value intelligence and subtle humor — not corporate clichés.

Natural curiosity

You genuinely want to understand how companies operate, what problems they face, and why decisions are made.

Structured and disciplined working style

You document properly, track outreach carefully, and respect process.

Ability to research complex B2B environments

Strong qualification mindset

Your role is to create meaningful conversations — not to generate volume for the sake of activity.

We also welcome ambitious students or recent graduates who demonstrate strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a structured approach to work.

We are ready to invest in training and development for the right candidate.

Nice to Have

  • German language skills (strong advantage)

  • Experience in enterprise IT, energy, SaaS, or regulated industries

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools
