English Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging 1-on-1 or small group online lessons in English:
  – with children 10+ y.o. (beginner level)
  – with adults at intermediate level (B1+) and above.
• Conduct English speaking classes and provide comprehensive preparation for international exams, including IELTS (Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking) and SAT English, as well as help students enhance their overall English proficiency for academic and professional purposes.
• Teach through our interactive online platform designed for language learning and create personalized study programs for students using both provided materials and your own teaching resources.
• Keep students motivated and involved: use relevant topics, creative lesson formats, and a friendly, comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide short progress reports and lesson summaries in our internal system.
• Teach Business English and Professional English courses. Candidates with additional education or training in fields beyond pedagogy or linguistics are especially welcome, as we also offer opportunities to teach English tailored to specific professional areas.
• Contribute to the development of learning materials and educational content for the school (Optional).

Requirements:

• Native or near-native English proficiency (C1+).
• Teaching experience (especially online) is highly valued.
• Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple way and adapt lessons to students of different ages and levels.
• Responsible, punctual, open to teamwork and feedback.
• Willingness to grow together with the project.
