About the Role
Agentplace is building an AI-native workspace where employees create and work with AI agents. We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead who can turn market attention into distribution and users.
This role is execution-heavy. The focus is identifying emerging narratives, turning them into content and use cases, and distributing them through social channels and communities.
You will work closely with the founder and product team to continuously test positioning, messaging, and growth channels.
What You Will Do
Social and content distribution
• Run daily distribution across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels
• Turn product capabilities into clear use cases and content
• Publish posts, demos, threads, and short videos
Growth experiments
• Continuously test messaging, hooks, and narratives
• Launch growth experiments across landing pages, content, and channels
• Measure performance and iterate quickly
What We Are Looking For
• Strong hands-on execution mindset
• Experience running social distribution for a startup or product
• Ability to turn product features into clear narratives and content
• Understanding of growth loops and experimentation
• Comfortable working in fast iteration cycles
Nice to Have
• Experience in AI, developer tools, or SaaS
• Experience growing an audience on LinkedIn, X, or YouTube
• Experience working with founders on early-stage GTM
• Ability to produce simple product demos or short videos
