• Law Degree from a Kazakh Law School
• Excellent English
• Preference for an independent lawyer from an Палата юридических консультантов; Заң консультанттар палатасы
• Not looking for an advocate but if an advocate with corporate experience will consider

Требования:

• Looking for an Independent lawyer, Individual Entrepreneur or a lawyer who is member of a Палата юридических консультантов; Заң консультанттар палатасы. Will consider other independent lawyer consultants that have their own income and their own independent business. We are not paying a salary so your income has to be sufficient to support yourself. If you are in house for a company that is less interesting for what we are looking for.
• We have offices in Russia; Georgia; Armenia
• We are members of: 1. IBLC.com, 2. United Tax Network from the Netherlands and 3. Klein Law Group Alliance - Boston
• The manager of this firm is an American lawyer
• We have an Almaty LLC (Klein & Erbulekova) and will soon open a second AIFC LLC but no plans to expand to Astana
• We pay on a per project basis and do a fee split

Условия:

• We are looking for a lawyer who has their own set of clients that are adequate to pay for their own expenses. We are not looking to pay salaries. We are looking to pay fee splits based upon you bringing clients to our firm Klein & Erbulekova or if we bring matters to you
• Any type of corporate experience is a plus
