Procurement Specialist (Electronics / Supply Chain / Logistics)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement of electronic hardware (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson modules, SSDs, embedded systems, electronic components).
• Strong supplier sourcing and evaluation skills (global vendors, distributors, OEM/ODM).
• Experience negotiating pricing, contracts, delivery terms, and framework agreements.
• Hands-on experience building and managing supply chains for electronics products.
• Risk management in procurement (lead times, component shortages, EOL, price volatility).
• Experience organizing international logistics (air/sea/ground freight).
• Practical experience working with customs brokers and managing import/export documentation.
• Understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and international trade regulations.
• Experience working with ERP systems and procurement documentation workflows.

Additional Requirements

• Experience sourcing high-demand or constrained components.
• Established network of electronics suppliers and distributors.
• Experience in cost optimization and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Knowledge of electronics lifecycle management and component substitution strategies.
• Experience supporting hardware production scaling.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (CE, RoHS, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast demand and inventory needs.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in procurement of electronics (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, SSDs, electronic components).

• Supply chain design and optimization.
