Adviros and our Client, a large manufacturing company (Non Food) — are looking for candidate for the position of «Export Sales Manager (Asia)»
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring achievement of targets for sales volume, profit, and distribution in export markets;
- Conducting research, evaluation, and analysis of business opportunities for the Company in international markets;
- Achieving planned profitability in assigned markets;
- Monitoring markets, identifying and selecting potential partners;
- Conducting negotiations with potential partners;
- Participating in development of sales strategies for new regions (Korea, Japan);
- Taking part in development of product lines;
- Supporting product certification and localization according to the requirements of foreign markets;
- Participating in shaping pricing and commercial policies;
- Assisting in preparing sales budgets and monitoring their execution;
- Making sales performance analytics; preparing and updating sales forecasts;
- Monitoring the payment of client invoices;
- Providing technical and informational support for the clients;
- Dealing with possible customer complains;
- Taking part in international exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (FMCG, B2C);
- Proven successful sales experience for Asian export markets: Korea, Japan is a must (!);
- Strong sales experience through multiple distribution channels;
- Experience in tires, automotive parts, or automobile sales will be a plus;
- Strong interpersonal sales and negotiation skills, enterprising character;
- Results orientation, excellent organizational skills;
- Readiness to travel abroad for client meetings and industry exhibitions;
- English language: from strong Upper-Intermediate level and higher.
