To operate activities for demand forecasting and planning of company’s products importation with the purpose of ensuring uninterrupted import and sales operations, maintaining optimal stock levels in customers’ warehouses and providing high-quality service according to corporate standards.
To carry out long-term demand planning (up to 18 months) based on sales history and product portfolio changes, with the purpose of minimizing forecast errors and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
To coordinate delivery of products with logistics distribution and production centers.
Coordinate supply chain activities related to new product launches/re-launches
Regular adjustment of forecasts to ensure accurate supply planning.
Conducting cross-functional meetings with colleagues from Sales, Finance, Marketing and Trade Marketing to ensure accurate demand forecasting.
Scheduling supplies from third-party manufacturers.
Leftover management.
Monthly KPI reporting and commenting.
Monitoring OOS and preparing action plans to avoid service level losses.
