We’re not just hiring a Country Manager (LatAm/MENA) — we’re looking for someone who knows how to launch new markets and turn affiliate partnerships into a predictable growth engine. If you understand how to build teams, scale traffic, and take full ownership of performance in new geos, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
Who We Are
We’re Azura Infinity — an international iGaming holding operating across multiple Tier 1–3 markets. Our team is growing fast, and one of our key priorities right now is expanding into new regions.
The Country Manager will become one of the main drivers behind launching and scaling affiliate traffic in Latin America and the MENA region, building a strong team and ensuring stable, profitable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Launch and scale affiliate operations in LatAm and MENA markets
Build and manage a high-performing affiliate team focused on new geos
Create a clear KPI system and performance tracking for the team
Develop a six-month and yearly roadmap for market growth
Manage and optimize the affiliate pipeline in CRM (partners, agreements, payments, history)
Drive growth of key metrics such as FTD, deposit volume, and new partners
Monitor traffic quality and reduce fraud risks
Ensure compliance with partner agreements and deal conditions
Optimize team costs and operational efficiency
Establish structured processes so that every partner and every deal is fully tracked and managed
What Makes You a Great Fit
Have experience launching and scaling affiliate operations in LatAm or MENA markets
Have strong leadership skills and experience building teams from scratch
Understand CPA / RevShare models and affiliate traffic economics
Know how to design and manage KPI-driven processes
Have hands-on experience with CRM systems and workflow tools (Bitrix, Notion, Trello or similar)
Are result-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of business outcomes
Are proactive and capable of making independent decisions
Know how to motivate a team and keep performance aligned with goals
