Technical Writer

A Stealth-mode AI-powered Cloud-Native Health-Tech is looking for a strong Technical Writer to bridge the gap between deep technical workflows (Git, Docs-as-Code) and user-facing clarity. Candidates will lead a distributed team of Technical Writers working across multiple products and parallel project streams. The role requires coordinating documentation efforts that span several functional areas and ensuring consistent standards across all teams involved in product delivery.

You will collaborate closely with Product Owners from multiple projects, aligning documentation priorities with product roadmaps and release schedules. The role also involves regular communication with the QA team, Development teams, Design, Support, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.

Responsibilities:

Technical Documentation & Platform Support

• User Documentation: Write, verify, and maintain high-quality software user guides and support documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.

• UI/UX Copy: Create and review all software user interface (UI) texts to ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across the platform.

• Docs-as-Code Execution: Manage documentation using Git-based pipelines, Markdown, and IDE tools to ensure seamless integration with development workflows.

• Knowledge Base Maintenance: Regularly update the Knowledge Base (KB) with new articles, ensuring all content remains relevant and technically correct.

• Visual Content: Prepare and optimize platform screenshots using Figma and design kits to assist user understanding.

Marketing & Market Growth

• Marketing Copywriting: Author compelling articles, blogs, and marketing texts specifically tailored to attract and engage US-based healthcare providers.

• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research and meta tag creation, to improve the visibility of our content in Google rankings.

• Product Messaging: Translate complex product requirements and features into structured, benefit-driven messaging for external audiences.

• Brand Consistency: Adhere to and help evolve the corporate glossary and style guides to ensure a unified voice across all technical and promotional materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Information Gathering: Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to extract technical details and ensure documentation accuracy.

• Iterative Delivery: Work within agile, incremental workflows to provide content updates in sync with product release schedules.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct self-reviews and peer reviews to maintain near-native English standards and extreme attention to detail.

Fundamentals

• Strong understanding of documentation structure, information architecture, taxonomy, and terminology management.

• Ability to work in iterative workflows with incremental content delivery.

• High standards of clarity, precision, and editorial quality.

Требуемый опыт:

• Более 5 лет опыта в написании технических текстов в области облачного программного обеспечения или SaaS.

• Владение английским языком на уровне, близком к родному, или в совершенстве, с возможностью создавать отточенный, "американизированный" контент для американской аудитории.

• Опыт переключения между техническими руководствами пользователя (для разработчиков/конечных пользователей) и маркетинговыми материалами (блоги, статьи и копии продуктов).

• Высокие стандарты ясности, точности и информационной архитектуры, с особым вниманием к деталям.

• Практический опыт использования инструментов Git, Markdown и IDE (например, VS Code) для управления конвейерами документации.

• Глубокое понимание методологии Docs-as-Code и работа с конвейерами на основе Git.

• Владение Jira и Confluence на профессиональном уровне для отслеживания проектов и совместной работы.

• Умение использовать Figma для подготовки скриншотов и базовое понимание HTML / CSS и генераторов статических сайтов.

• Анализ требований: возможность собирать сложные требования от владельцев продукта и преобразовывать их в структурированную документацию.
