Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer

Responsibilities:

-develop and implement marketing strategies to support company growth

-manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

-plan and execute lead generation campaigns

-analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior

-develop and manage content strategies for website, social media, and marketing materials

-collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing and business goals

-manage marketing funnels and improve conversion rates

-oversee website updates, landing pages, and marketing assets

-track and analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign ROI

-prepare marketing reports and insights for leadership

-coordinate work with designers, copywriters, and external agencies

-support development of brand positioning and messaging

-organize and support marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, and partnerships

Requirements:

-fluent Russian

-English C1 (Advanced)

-3+ years of experience in marketing / growth marketing / digital marketing

-experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

-strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation strategies

-experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.)

-experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

-strong analytical and data-driven mindset

-excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

-experience marketing B2B services, outsourcing, or consulting

-experience in healthcare, fintech, or financial services industries

-experience with SEO and content marketing strategies

-experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools

-experience launching international marketing campaigns

-experience working in startups or fast-growing companies
