Role Overview

Autotelic is seeking a Treasury Specialist based in Dubai to support the group’s financial operations across multiple ventures. The role focuses on managing banking relationships, payments, treasury operations, and financial transaction flows, while contributing to automation of treasury processes and financial analytics.

The position requires strong experience working with banks, handling payments and financial transactions, and improving operational efficiency through process automation and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations including domestic and international payments.

• Maintain and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Execute and monitor financial transactions across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.

• Ensure accurate cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury reporting.

• Monitor bank accounts, payment schedules, and treasury-related documentation.

• Participate in automation and optimization of treasury and payment processes.

• Develop financial analytics and reporting related to cash flow, transactions, and treasury performance.

• Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of transactions.

• Support implementation of financial systems, treasury tools, and digital payment infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and banking regulations.

Requirements

• Currently living in Dubai, UAE.

• Proven experience in treasury, banking operations, or financial transactions.

• Strong experience working with banks, payment systems, and financial institutions.

• Experience managing international payments and multi-currency transactions.

• Experience in treasury process automation and financial analytics is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
