IT Intern in Strategy Department

What you'll be doing:

• Process Automation Development: Build workflows using Microsoft Power Automate; Develop internal applications using Power Apps; Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Development of Digital Services: Creating input forms, data validation logic, and approval routing workflows; Configuring integration with procurement systems; Internal Request Processing Service (Helpdesk / Service Desk); Online Request Categorization System; Services and other IT solutions aimed at improving the Company’s internal business processes
• Interface and UX Development: Design UI wireframes and screen flows; Build user‑friendly forms inside Power Apps; Prototype user experience scenarios.
• Technical Development: Write scripts and logic using JavaScript, Python, SQL, Power FX; Work with APIs, test REST endpoints; Build data structures (Dataverse, SharePoint Lists); Implement backend integrations.
• Analysis and Project Work: Conduct business process analysis; Gather requirements from stakeholders; Prepare technical specifications, diagrams, and logic descriptions.
• Documentation: Maintain technical and user documentation; Develop user manuals and system descriptions
• Testing and Support: Conduct functional and regression testing; Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution; Monitor system performance and logs.

What we are looking for:

• Hard & Soft Skills: Basic knowledge of process automation systems (Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI — preferred); Understanding of low-code/no-code development principles; Programming skills (preferably Python, JavaScript, SQL, or other languages useful for integrations); Ability to work with APIs, integration workflows, and simple backend logic.
• English Proficiency: Knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) and Russian.
• Education: Final-year student or recent graduate of a technical university.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours: 08:00–17:00.
