Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full configuration, administration, and technical support of the 1C system.
- Monitoring the accuracy and integrity of data within the 1C system.
- Improving 1C platform modules in line with organizational requirements and changes.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues within the 1C system.
- Automating business processes and developing strategies for system optimization.
- Providing training on the use of the 1C system and offering technical support to employees.
- Preparing detailed reports on system configuration and optimization.
- Ensuring system security and protecting data confidentiality.
- Reporting and preparing technical documentation.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless integration of business processes into the 1C platform.
- Perform any other duties as required by job responsibilities.
- Create fully valid technical requests/orders for 1C developer.
- Testing of the development performed by 1C Developer.
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher education in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of the 1C program.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in a 1C Administrator role.
- Expertise in administering, configuring, and managing 1C platform modules.
- Understanding of business process management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
- Fluency in Russian or English.
