Job Purpose: The Branding Manager will be responsible for building a strong brand presence for the Uzbekistan Fertilizers & Chemicals unit across domestic and export markets. The role focuses on developing clear product positioning, executing marketing campaigns, improving visibility, supporting sales teams, and driving market awareness for fertilizers and industrial chemicals.
Core Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and implement branding strategy for fertilizers and chemical products in domestic and export markets
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all markets, materials, and communication channels.
- Strengthen company image with farmers, distributors, industrial buyers, and partners.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate field marketing programs such as demos, farmer meets, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
- Track campaign performance and improve effectiveness.
3. Sales Enablement
- Create marketing tools such as brochures, presentations, product sheets, and digital content.
- Support sales teams with clear product messaging and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
4. Digital & Communication Management
- Manage website, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop content for online platforms to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
5. Market Research & Insights
- Monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Analyze feedback from sales teams and customers to refine marketing strategy.
- Share actionable insights with management for strategic planning.
6. Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, printers, and event partners.
- Ensure high-quality output within cost targets.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and campaign execution
- Experience in B2B marketing (fertilizers, chemicals, or industrial products preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in Uzbek , English and Russian languages
- Ability to analyze market data and convert into action plans
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 (1-hour lunch time)
