SHES Specialist

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• 3–5 years of experience in health and safety or a related SHES role
• Strong understanding of international health and safety tools and systems
• Higher education in Safety, Engineering, or a Technical discipline
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions
• Experience in workplace auditing
• Strong incident investigation and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with Kazakhstan legislation and regulatory requirements related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Security (SHES)
• Implement and embed SHES processes and programs into daily operations
• Conduct incident investigations and develop effective corrective and preventive actions
• Deliver SHES training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
• Collaborate with regional SHES teams to align standards and share best practices
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement in SHES performance

Working Conditions

• Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30 (1 hour lunch break)
• Workplace: Manufacturing Plant, Oralkhai Bokeiya 1
