Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior Supplier Relations Manager to support communication with international suppliers and assist in managing supply operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in international trade, supply chain and ingredient distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professional business correspondence with international suppliers
• Place purchase orders and coordinate order processing
• Monitor shipments and delivery schedules
• Assist with documentation and translation (English ↔ Russian)
• Support the team in searching and evaluating new suppliers and partners
• Provide administrative support for sales and supply operations
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries

Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory) – written and spoken
• Russian – professional working proficiency
• Kazakh language is a plus
• Experience in procurement, logistics, international trade or supplier management is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
