Sales Engineer (Automation and control systems/Instrumentation)

YOKOGAWA, an international company that is one of the leaders in the global industrial automation market, is looking for an Expert in Technical Support for Sales Team.

Responsibilities

• Timely, complete and high-quality preparation of technical and commercial proposals for instrumentation in accordance with the terms of reference / questionnaires

• Providing methodological and consulting assistance in the field of instrumentation

• Working with Customers on technical assignments, conducting negotiations and technical meetings

• Approval and coordination of adopted technical solutions

• Provide technical clarification and support during project execution when required

• Maintain and continuously improve knowledge of company products, technologies, and solutions

• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and industry developments related to instrumentation.

• Support technical communication with contractors, engineering companies, and system integrators when required.

• Study and analysis of information, technical data, indicators and work results

• Maintaining working internal documentation in accordance with the requirements, accepted rules and regulations

• Compliance with established requirements, applicable norms, rules and standards of the company

• Comply with local and Company regulations rules, guidelines and Compliance

• requirements.

• Other tasks related to sales operations if necessary

Required skills

• English (intermediate), Russian(fluency) and Kazakh (basic)

• Technical education and understanding of the principles of instrumentation equipment/automation and control systems

• Readiness for business trips
