🎯 Responsibilities

• High-Quality Instruction: Conduct engaging lessons using interactive materials tailored for children 7-14.

• Free Trial Lessons: Perform 30-minute introductory sessions to showcase your teaching style and ensure enrollment.

• Standard Sessions: Lead 1:1 sessions (45 min) and group classes (60 min) via Zoom.

• Student Progress: Maintain accurate records of performance and provide an encouraging learning environment.

• Professionalism: All communications must stay within the Darstop platform; follow the "Webcam ON" policy.

🛠 Requirements

• Fluent language skills and ability to work in early shifts. Details will be discussed during the interview.

• Shift Availability: Must be able to teach during early morning hours (03:00 AM, 04:00 AM, or 05:00 AM Uzbekistan time) to align with US time zones.

• Technical Setup: Stable high-speed internet, quality microphone/webcam, and a personal Zoom Premium account.

• Experience: 1-3 years of teaching experience with a focus on child pedagogy.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Per-Lesson Payment: Compensation for every successful lesson completed.

• Paid Probation: 3-month trial period is fully paid based on lessons conducted.

• Monthly Payout: Salaries are transferred once a month at the end of the month.

• Salary Growth: High-performing mentors are eligible for a base rate increase after the 3-month trial.

• Performance Bonuses: Up to $20 bonuses for high student retention (NPS) and strict discipline.
