Your day-to-day:
• Lead development and adaptation of packaging for new and updated SFP products, ensuring alignment with Legal, Corporate Affairs and global functions;
• Manage end-to-end product launches and portfolio changes, from concept to in-market execution;
• Coordinate deployment across channels, ensuring brand retail and indirect channels are fully ready for launch;
• Monitor and optimize the SFP portfolio to ensure the right SKU mix, clear roles within the portfolio and healthy profitability;
• Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement, rationalization or expansion;
• Track consumer and market trends and translate them into concrete portfolio development initiatives;
• Prepare business cases for new SKUs and major portfolio changes;
• Manage phase-in and phase-out processes for products;
• Ensure all governance and regulatory requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle;
• Lead cross-functional project teams across Marketing, CX, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain and Deployment;
• Prepare materials for internal approvals and senior stakeholder discussions;
• Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation plans.

Who we’re looking for:
• A structured and proactive professional who can turn strategy into clear action plans;
• Experience in marketing, commercial planning, brand management or product deployment. FMCG or regulated industry experience is a plus;
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work in a complex environment;
• High level of ownership and accountability;
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data;
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal;
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Strong MS Office skills. Power BI is an advantage.
