Mobile QA Engineer

As a Mobile QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our mobile applications. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and deep understanding of iOS and Android specifics will help us maintain a high level of stability, performance, and usability. You will work closely with mobile developers, designers, and the product team, directly influencing the quality of a product used daily by real people and businesses.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute functional and non-functional testing of mobile applications within the e-commerce domain;

• API and client-server interaction testing;

• Design and develop test plans and documentation to guide the testing process;

• Update and maintain test suites for assigned projects;

• Estimate testing time and choose the right testing methodology;

• Create clear and concise bug reports for efficient development team resolution;

• Communicate with other departments regarding testing-related issues.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in manual mobile testing, on both iOS and Android platforms;

• Strong knowledge of IOS, Android, and OS related guidelines;

• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices;

• Hands-on experience with Postman and Charles;

• Experience working with REST APIs (sending requests, handling authentication, and parsing JSON responses);

• Comfortable writing SQL queries with JOINs to combine data across multiple tables;

• Experience with mobile log extraction tools: Android Studio, ADB for Android, Xcode and Console for iOS;

• Basic knowledge of push notifications;

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a critical thinking approach;

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively;

• English level of A2 or higher.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience or strong knowledge in development automated tests for mobile application .
