Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst to support the development of a chatbot-centric research platform, gathering requirements and aligning AI-driven UI features with business goals.
The customer is an international organization operating in the research and analytics domain. It supports companies in understanding customer perceptions and improving product and brand experiences through data-driven insights. With extensive industry experience and a global presence, the organization combines scientific approaches with modern technologies to deliver scalable research solutions, while promoting responsible innovation and long-term partnerships.
The project is focused on building a user interface for a chatbot-centric application with research-oriented features. It includes a chat interface with options for selection and filtering, conversation management, and an agentic search capability, enabling users to interact seamlessly with AI-driven personas.
Responsibilities:
- Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for the Product Hub platform.
- Maintaining and updating master user stories, changing requests, and specifications in Jira.
- Driving scope changes: feature removals, simplifications, and process optimizations.
- Performing comparative analysis (AS-IS / TO-BE) for costing, quoting, and project specification flows.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify business rules, priorities, and edge cases.
- Supporting the team during development and testing: clarifying requirements, validating solutions, and assisting QA.
- Ensuring requirements align with security, release, and deployment constraints.
- Participating in UAT preparation, validation of delivered functionality, and acceptance.
- Keeping documentation consistent with release policies, permissions, and audit requirements.
Must-haves:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in web-based / enterprise systems for 3+ years.
- Proven experience working on complex B2B platforms with multi-step business flows (quotes, pricing, approvals, audits).
- Strong background in requirements management: user stories, change requests (CRs), acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum (Jira, backlog grooming, reviews, refinements).
- Ability to perform AS-IS / TO-BE analysis and impact analysis for existing functionality.
- Experience working closely with developers, QA, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of software architecture basics (layered architecture, APIs, MVC).
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

- Experience with costing, pricing logic, permissions, and audit logs.
