Job purpose
Our People and Organisation (P&O) Practice is a one-stop-shop for mandatory compliance related to individuals, including HR compliance and Payroll. P&O practice includes professionals located in Almaty, which are divided into HR compliance and Payroll groups.
Role and responsibilities
- Payroll calculation assistance, which includes:
- The calculation and accrual of all types of accruals and deductions, including the calculation of taxes in 1C program;
- Preparation of payroll registers and payslips;
- Preparation of statements on the applications of employees;
- Preparation of quarterly tax returns on personal income and social tax;
- Preparation of statistical reporting.
- Monitoring Tax Code changes;
- Comply with PwC internal requirements (Risk Management, Ipower, Billing)
- Preparation of commercial proposals
Knowledge and skills required
- High degree (preferably economic/financial)
- For candidates without work experience
- Intermediate English (operational level – ability to write and communicate) is a must
- Good communication skills
- Organized, efficient, multitasking, result oriented
- Great team player, open-minded and respectful to colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure
