Business Assistant

We, AxamIT Mobile Soluions (AMS), specialize in mobile and web application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Assistant to support CEO and help optimize internal business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Close daily work and communication with the CEO
• Assistance in setting up and improving business processes
• Implementing automation tools and optimizing workflows
• Research and market analysis
• Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries for the CEO
• Supporting new initiatives and business launches
• Solving personal administrative tasks (booking tickets, apartment search, etc.)

Requirements:

• Technical education (or strong technical mindset)
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily operations and business processes
• Strong organizational skills
• High level of diligence and responsibility
• Fast assimilation of new information
• Ability to work with large amounts of English content
• Strong desire to learn, improve processes, and build new systems
• English Level: B1+
