We’re looking for a Lawyer to join the AIBY team and support the business across key legal areas. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, this role might be for you.

What you will do:

• Draft, review, and monitor business contracts

• Participate in negotiations on legal issues

• Conduct legal research in various fields

• Monitor regulations related to the company's economic activity

• Handle legal issues regarding the company's personnel

• Manage records of IP rights

• Address data protection issues

What you should have:

• Higher legal education

• Outstanding soft skills and flexibility

• Ability to take responsibility for your decisions and the quality of work

• Accuracy in writing and formatting

• Upper-Intermediate English

• Business-driven mindset and ability to think outside the box

Will be a plus:

• Legal practice for at least 2 years, relevant experience in the field of IT / IP / in a top-tier law firm
