Junior Project Manager IT

SoftTeco is seeking a junior Project Manager to join our international team. You will сollaborate with a team of skilled software developers, designers, and QA engineers in building web and mobile applications. In this role, you will be responsible for assigning tasks, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring high-quality deliverables, while also preparing and maintaining project documentation and monitoring execution.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute IT development projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and milestones, ensuring adherence to scope and budget.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support documentation, reporting, and project tracking activities.
• Foster collaboration and problem-solving to enhance project efficiency.

• Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in a technical field.
• Courses: Completed courses in IT Project Management.
• Experience: Previous managerial experience in non-IT sectors is a strong advantage.
• Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with methodologies like Scrum, Kanabn or Waterfall.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• English Knowledge: B1+ (technical documentation, daily meetings)
• Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp IT development concepts and workflows.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset for addressing challenges proactively.
• Adaptability: Willingness to grow in IT project management.

Languages: English B1+

• Test Task;
• Competency-based interview with a Recruiter & English check (30 min);
• Technical interview covering relevant skills with SoftTeco’s experts (1 hour);
• Final HR interview to discuss work conditions and salary.
