We are looking for a Customer Support Operator
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via live chat, instant messengers, and email, ensuring timely and accurate assistance
Handle customer requests and issues with a strong focus on service quality and user experience
Learn and confidently apply product knowledge, internal procedures, and support guidelines in daily work
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer cases and operational issues
Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions
Be ready to work night shifts as part of a rotating schedule
Requirements:
Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and tone
Language proficiency: English — B1+; Turkish — B1+
Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of empathy and stress resilience
Responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to stay focused in a dynamic environment
Confident basic computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
Availability to work from a personal laptop during the first two weeks of training
