Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production:

  • Develop scripts and create storyboards;

  • Write copy: native captions, intros and conversion-focused posts;

  • Collaborate with the design team: prepare clear briefs and manage deadlines;

  • Publish content across all brand platforms.

Trend Analysis & Forecasting:

  • Monitor global and local social media trends;

  • Analyze audience behavior: what goes viral, how content consumption patterns evolve;

  • Quickly adapt trends to the brand while maintaining a consistent tone of voice;

  • Research TikTok culture, memes, trending formats and evaluate their relevance for the brand.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Track performance metrics: ER, CTR, reach, saves, shares;

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports;

  • Conduct competitor analysis: posting frequency, tone, visual style, formats and results.

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

  • 1-3+ years of experience in SMM or digital marketing;

  • Hands-on experience managing commercial accounts: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook;

  • Understanding of platform algorithms and the factors that influence reach and engagement;

  • Ability to analyze audience behavior, content metrics and performance;

  • Strong social media copywriting skills;

  • Ability to create clear and actionable briefs for designers and freelancers;

  • Knowledge of social media trends, meme culture, TikTok dynamics and the ability to adapt them to the brand;

  • Advanced English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with international markets;

  • Experience in categories such as children’s products or edutainment;

  • Experience using social media scheduling tools and influencer search platforms.
